The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayers:- "A. Issue an appropriate Writ, direction or order to the Hon'ble Debt Recovery Tribunal - I, to expeditiously conduct and conclude the trial in a time bound manner, preferably within six months in Securitization Application No.310 of 2015 (now T.S.A/48/2022). B. Pass any other further Order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice." Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1/Bank draws the attention of this Court to Section 17(6) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act (SARFAESI Act) pointing out that an alternate efficacious remedy is available to the Petitioner.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. The petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
