This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to the Respondents to release Rs.1,46,000/- pursuant to Scholarship Sanction Letter dated 19.01.2021 in favour of the Petitioner along with interest of 9% per annum.
