This public interest litigation has been preferred with the following prayers:- "a) Respondent no. 2-3 to take actions as required by them for creation/construction of footpath, drains/Naali & road, repairing of pits & road and to prepare a mechanism so that waste water should not accumulate on road leading from D-block, Khanpur Road, Sainik Farm, near M.K.D. Intenational Public school, Ambedkar Nagar Legislative Assembly, Delhi in the time bound period;

b) Pass any such other or further order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the light of the above averments and in the interest of justice."
