The matter has been received now in post lunch session in second supplementary list after mentioning before the Hon'ble Chief Justice was allowed.

Petitioner seeks grant of parole, stating that he filed an application before the competent authority on 22.04.2025, but the same remains not decided.

Learned ASC accepts notice and points out that the supporting affidavit of the petitioner is dated 26.03.2025, which would show that the petitioner had already prepared to file the parole application at that time but delayed the same.

Be that as it may, the petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to decide the application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible but positively within time prescribed by law.
