Mediation settlement dated 20.12.2017 has been received from Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The parties have amicable resolved and settled their dispute. As per the settlement, the respondent company has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.58,589/- to the petitioner in full and final settlement of the claim. Pursuant to the settlement, today the respondent has handed over a cheque of Rs.58,589/- to the petitioner 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent assured that the cheque would be honoured on its presentation.
