Ajay Kumar is present in Court and submits that although he married the petitioner but on account of the pressure and threat from the family of the petitioner, he does not wish to reside with the petitioner. We are informed that CWC, Sriniwaspuri is also seized of the matter.

Parties agree to appear before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 4th February, 2016 at 4.00 PM.
