This order is in continuation of the earlier orders dated 2nd February, 2016 and 5th February, 2016.

The counsels have handed over in the Court a copy of the order dated 11th February, 2016 of the Division Bench of the High Court of Allahabad and a copy of the order dated 17th February, 2016 of the respondent no.1 Bar Council of India (BCI) in pursuance thereto disposing of the petition preferred by respondent no.3 Raj Kumar Sharma to the respondent no.1 BCI against the order dated 28th November, 2015 of the Vice Chairman of the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh. It is also informed that owing to the said order of the respondent no.1 BCI, the petition before the Allahabad High Court also has been withdrawn on 19th February, 2016. All the said orders are taken on record.
