This is an application filed under Order 23 Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the CPC, 1908 seeking withdrawal of the present petition in view of the settlement deed dated 19.11.2025.

The application is allowed.

The matter has been settled on 19.11.2025 and in view of the settlement learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition. 4.

Mr. Sharma, learned counsel appears for the respondent, and has no objection to the application being allowed.

In view of the above, the application is disposed of. 6.

As agreed in the settlement, the amount lying with the Registry with up-to-date accrued interest be released to the petitioner/its authorized representative.
