This is an Application filed by learned Counsel for the Plaintiff under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") seeking discharge from representing the Plaintiff in this matter. 2.

As per order dated 18.07.2025, the Court Notice issued to the Plaintiff remained unserved with the report "Left". As per Office Noting, the Plaintiff has already been served via e-mail on 16.07.2025 but none had appeared on behalf of the Plaintiff despite service.
