% 20.02.2018 A status report has been filed by the State. It is pointed out that not only was the petitioner found to be in possession of the illicit liquor but she was attempting to sell it. It is clear from the averments made in the complaint which has been read over to the Court. It is additionally pointed out that the petitioner had been in this illicit trade earlier as well and five FIRs under the provisions of Excise Act are pending against the petitioner; it is pointed out that she has committed three such offences in the last 15 days prior to the registration of three FIRs. This court is not inclined to grant bail at this stage. A fresh status report shall be filed by the State. The prayer made in the petition shall be considered on the next date. At this state, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the present petition.

Permission granted. Dismissed as withdrawn.
