We take note of Clause 2 of the Settlement Agreement which has been executed by parties and which reads as follows: "2. Pursuant to the settlement agreement the Second Party will withdraw the amount Rs. 80,75,000/- (Eighty Lakh Seventy Five Thousand Only) which is deposited by the First Party in matter The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. bearing No. RFA(COMM) 157/2024 and RFA (COMM) 22/2024 which is lying with the Hon'ble High Court and the First Party has no objection if the same shall be released in favour of Second Party along with the interest accrued in the meantime." 2.
In view of the aforesaid and since the appeal itself has come to be disposed of in terms thereof, we accord liberty to the applicant to approach the Registry of the Court for release of the amount which is presently held in deposit. Subject to due verification, the amount may be released to the applicant forthwith.
