Pursuant to the previous order dated 27th September, 2024, Mr. Aditya, Advocate appears for respondent No.2 and confirms on instructions that the settled amount has been received by the petitioner. The settlement was arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 19th December, 2022, which is on record of this Court. 2.
Accordingly, since the revision has been filed against the judgment of conviction dated 26th May, 2022, in proceedings under Section 138 of the NI Act. The complaint shall stand compounded in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of in the above terms. 4.
Amounts which have been deposited in the Registry along with any accrued interest of the matter may be allowed to be released to the petitioner in terms of clause 4 of the settlement agreement.
