Let no application for restoration/recall of this order be entertained unless costs of Rs.20,000/- are first deposited with Friendicoes, No.271 & 273, Defence Colony, Flyover Market, Jangpura Side, New Delhi-110024. Order with respect to costs is passed in exercise of principles underlying Order 25 Rule 1 CPC read with Section 141 CPC, and which latter provision makes applicable the provisions of CPC even to miscellaneous proceedings, noting that CPC otherwise does not apply to writ proceedings.
