% 01.04.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have filed the present writ petition before a wrong forum and submits that he be permitted to file OA before Central Administrative Tribunal. He further submits that leave be granted to the petitioners to exclude the limitation. The same has not been opposed.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file OA before Central Administrative Tribunal within 30 days from today. In the event of filing the OA before Central Administrative Tribunal within the aforementioned period, the Central Administrative Tribunal is directed to dispose of the matter expeditiously. Copy of this order be given dasti.
