% 03.10.2024 Since CRL.M.C. No. 3578/2024 seeking quashing of case FIR No.376/2022 dated 18.11.2022 registered under sections 420/468/471/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S.: Chandni Mahal, Delhi was pending consideration before this court, the petitioner has been on interim bail granted vide order dated 27.05.2024. CRL.M.C. No. 3578/2024 has now been allowed, thereby quashing the subject FIR on consent by an order passed today, i.e. 03.10.2024. In view thereof, Ms. Parul Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present bail petition as having been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed-of as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
