b) Any other relief which this Hon'ble court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application before the concerned Special Court, if so advised. 4.
