% 09.01.2025 The Show Cause Notice has been duly served upon the concerned SDM on 25.10.2024. Despite the same, none is present on behalf of SDM concerned today. Also, no steps have been taken by the SDM concerned for compliance of the last order dated 08.10.2024. In this view of the matter, issue Bailable Warrants against the SDM concerned for an amount of Rs.5000/- with one surety of like amount, to be executed by the concerned SHO for the next date of hearing.

Put up the matter for further proceedings/report of concerned collector on 02.04.2025.
