% 26.05.2025 [Hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing] 1.

Pursuant to the previous order, it is stated by the petitioner that amounts, as directed by the Division Bench, has been paid; the same is acknowledged by the counsel for the respondent. 2.

It is stated by the counsel for the respondent that an application for desealing is pending before the Division Bench which is listed tomorrow on 27th May 2025.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.

Counsel for the petitioner states that the dues have been cleared and the respondents must de-seal the property.

Counsel for the respondent raises an issue in respect of some other dues of Rs.80,000/-, which is refuted by the petitioners. 6.

de-sealing of the property in question must take place. However it transpires that a de-sealing application is filed by the petitioner and the matter is before the Division Bench.

In the opinion of this Court, nothing further survives in this petition. The petition is, therefore, disposed of.

If there is any issue relating to the dues, the respondent is at liberty to take a stand in the proceedings of clarification application which is listed before the Division Bench.

Both counsels undertake to inform the Division Bench that the contempt petition has been disposed of.
