Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the course of hearing on 20th September, 2024, this Court had recorded the consent of the respondent no. 1's counsel to cancel the impugned artistic work and had allowed the instant cancellation petition. However, an inadvertent error has crept regarding the rival artistic works in the judgment. 3.
