% 20.09.2019 By way of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for a declaration to the effect that his presence is no longer required in Delhi for the purpose of trial and he be transferred to the State of Uttar Pradesh where he is an under trial.

Status Report, in terms of the last order has been filed. Learned ASC has also invited attention of this Court to the order of Learned ACMM-VII, Kanpur Nagar whereby the petitioner has been detained in District Jail, Kanpur.

In view of the above facts, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press for this petition.

The petition stands disposed of.
