% 09.03.2019 The settled enhanced amount of 1,05,000/- shall be deposited by the Insurance Company with Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee by way of cheque within four weeks from today failing which, it shall carry interest @ 9% per annum from the date of delayed deposit. The settled amount cheque shall be released to the claimant in consonance with the terms of the impugned award.

The appeal shall stand disposed of.
