The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugning the order dated 22.04.2024 passed by learned ADJ-04, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as „Trial Court‟) in CS DJ No.58785/2016 titled as "Rikki Arora vs. Tirath Ram Arora (through LRs)".

After making some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as there are certain technical defects in it and seeks liberty to file a fresh after removing the said defects.
