This petition is filed by the Petitioner under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking various reliefs. 2.
Amongst various other objections to the maintainability of this petition, learned counsel for the Respondents raises an objection to the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court to entertain this petition based on the valuation as per the list of assets appended by the Petitioner as Document-7. 3.
This Court finds merit in the objection looking at the valuation of the list of assets, this petition cannot be entertained for lack of pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court.
