This Writ petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

"(a) Issue appropriate writ, order or direction to expedite the process of investigation in FIR No. 0409/2021 registered at PS. Amar Colony u/s 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860;

(b) Direct filing of the Chargesheet against the Accused-Husband without further delay;

(c) Direct the Respondents to issue a Look-out Circular against the AccusedHusband; (d) Pass any other order/direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice;"

By this application the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition as the matter has now been settled between the Petitioner and Mr.Gautam Tiwari, the accused. Copy of the settlement agreement executed on 01.11.2023 before the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi has been placed on record.

It is further stated that all other cases inter-se between the parties, details of which have been enumerated in para 2 of the application, have also been disposed of in view of the settlement between the parties. 4.

Issue notice.

Learned ASC for the State accepts notice and submits that he has no objection to the present application being allowed in view of the settlement between the parties. Accordingly, the application is allowed permitting the Petitioner to withdraw the present petition.

Application stands disposed of.

In view of the order passed in CRL.M.A.1490/2024, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn in view of the settlement between the parties, terms of which shall continue to bind the parties thereto. 8.

Date of 20.02.2024 stands cancelled.
