Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties jointly submit that there is an amicable resolution of the dispute between the parties by way of mediation settlement dated 30.05.2025 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. They further submit that even the terms thereof, have also been complied with.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff submits that the instant suit can be disposed of accordingly. She also prays for the refund of the entire Court fee.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the instant civil suit stands disposed of.

The Registry is directed to refund the entire Court fee to the plaintiff.
