The present application has been filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawal of the present writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this Court, on 13th May, 2025, had directed the respondent no. 1-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), to inspect the respective properties of the petitioner and the respondent nos. 2 and 3, which are adjacent to each other. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after the direction of this Court, the respondent nos. 2 and 3 have got the property of the petitioner repaired, to the satisfaction of the petitioner. Thus, the petitioner has no grievance, whatsoever.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1-MCD submits that he has no objection to the prayer being made on behalf of the petitioner. 5.
Accordingly, considering the submissions made before this Court, the petitioner is granted liberty to withdraw the present petition. 6.
Accordingly, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
