O R D E R

% 31.01.2018 It is submitted that property disputes between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 had led to registration of the FIR No. 509/2016 under Sections 420/120-B IPC at Police Station Saket. Petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have now settled their disputes amicably, vide a Memorandum of Understanding dated 16th August, 2017; therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court along with their counsel and have been identified by SI Rakesh Kumar of police station

Saket.

Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, inasmuch as have received the settled amount of `80 lacs out of the total settled amount of `1 crore. Petitioners have paid `20 lacs, vide a demand draft in the name of respondent no. 2, photocopy whereof has been placed on record. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that they have no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 509/2016 under Sections 420/120-B IPC registered at Police Station Saket and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
