% 15.05.2025 CM APPL. 29493/2025 By way of the present application filed under section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the appellant/applicant seeks release of the sum of Rs. 2 lacs which was deposited in compliance of order dated 13.09.2023 passed in the present proceedings.

Mr. Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits, that the appeal already stands disposed-of as withdrawn vide order dated 27.08.2024 based on a settlement between the parties. Issue notice.

Mr. Karanpreet Singh, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent on advance copy; accepts notice; and submits that they have no objection if present application is allowed.

In view of the above, the Registry is directed to refund to the appellant the amount of Rs. 2 lacs alongwith upto-date interest within 02 RFA 597/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. weeks of the appellant approaching the Registry for the same, after duly verifying the credentials of the appellant.
