O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.0015/2019 registered under Sections 341/323/379/356/506/34 of the IPC with PS Raja Garden Metro. 2.

It is alleged in the said FIR that it was registered at the instance of one Mr Mustfa Tyagi (the complainant).

He had alleged that a driverless erickshaw had hit his counter, which was located near a parking lot. He states that one boy, aged around 22-25 years, had slapped him and subsequently, three other boys had come on a scooter bearing no. DL 10 SB 6393 and had beaten him with dandas. It is also alleged that they had beaten up the attendant as well. He claims that the said boys had snatched his chain and a sum of ₹25,000/- from his counter. The said boys escaped on a scooter and a motorcycle.

CCTV footage has been recovered and the aforementioned two

vehicles have been identified. The petitioner is stated to be the owner of one of the vehicles.

The status report indicates that the injury received by the complainant is simple and the petitioner has joined the investigation. 5.

Considering the above, this Court consider it apposite to allow the present petition.

The petitioner is released on bail upon the petitioner shall furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- and a surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. This is also subject to the following further conditions:

a) The petitioner shall cooperate with the IO and would be available as and when called.

c) The petitioner shall also not leave the National Capital Territory of Delhi without intimation to the IO. d) The petitioner shall provide his contact details to the IO and ensure that he is reachable at all times.

The petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 8.
