APPL.30178/2016 The application seeks correction of the order dated 10.05.2016, disposing of the appeal in terms of a settlement mutually arrived at by the parties through mediation. It is stated that instead of reporting `32 lakhs as the amount agreed to be paid, the Court has inadvertently referred to the agreed amount as `34 lakhs.

Since the request for correction is bona fide and is a typographical error, having regard to the terms of the settlement (a copy of which is part of the record), the reference to `34 lakhs shall be substituted with `32 lakhs in the order dated 10.05.2016. A copy of the corrected order shall be issued to the learned counsel for the parties.
