The Petitioner has filed the instant writ petition regarding opening of a gate which according to the Petitioner has been illegally constructed. 2.

It is stated that Respondents No.2, 3 and 4 had erected a gate on a public road and because of the gate being closed, 55 families residing in Band Gali, Chattarpur, Delhi are adversely affected. 3.

Learned Counsels for Respondents No.2, 4 and 6 in unison state that the matter is pending before the concerned SDM. 4.

The concerned SDM is directed to consider the issue and pass order as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
