Learned counsel for the respondent no.2/Hindustan Antibiotics Ltd. submits that the payment of the admissible amount to the petitioner in terms of the directions contained in the order dated 29.01.2025 in W.P(C) 12388/2024 has been processed. The amount payable has been calculated as follows:

It is submitted that a cheque for Rs.80,94,165/- (Rupees Eighty Lakhs Ninety-Four Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Five Only) has already been prepared, and that the same is in process of being sent to the petitioner through post and should reach him in due course. 3.

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner, while not accepting the calculation of the respondent, does not wish to press the present contempt petition at this stage. The same is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

Needless to say, the receipt of the aforesaid amount by the petitioner shall be without prejudice to his rights and contentions.
