% 12.05.2017 CM Nos. 15825/2016 & 15826/2016 These two applications are for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 23rd November, 2015 and for condonation of 146 days delay in filing the restoration application. Noting the contents of the applications, the delay of 146 days in filing the application for restoration is condoned and the application for restoration is allowed by recalling the order dated 23rd November, 2015, whereby the petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. The writ petition is restored to its original number Applications stand disposed of.
