The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "a) Quashing/setting-aside of Order dated 10.05.2024 passed by the Court of Sh. Sushil Kumar, Ld. Additional Sessions Judge- 04, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, arising out of Case being Cr. Rev. No.59/2024 titled as "Pardeep v. Diksha Kumari" also for quashing/setting-aside of the order dated 08.02.2024 passed by the Ld. MM, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, arising out of Ct. Case No. 1233/2022 PS. Shahbad Dairy titled as "Diksha Kumari V. Pardeep" as per law, in the interest of justice;
b) pass any such further order(s) and/or direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice."

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, without prejudice to the latter's rights and contentions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings as available in accordance with law. 4.
