% 27.09.2019 The present petition has been instituted seeking transfer of trial of the case in FIR No. 95/2018 u/s. 376/354C/506/328/384 IPC, PS Bara Hindu Rao from the Court of Sh. Satish Kumar, learned ASJ/SFTC-02(Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he withdraws all the allegations levelled against the learned Additional Sessions Judge as well as the complaints if any filed by him.

Heard. Keeping mind the well known dictum that justice should not only be done, but also seen to have been done, the petition is allowed, in the interest of justice. The case in question be transferred to another court of competent jurisdiction in West District Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Let the parties appear before the court of Sh. Satish Kumar, learned

ASJ/SFTC-02 (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, on 14.10.2019, who will send the file to learned District and Sessions Judge, West District Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, for assigning the same to the competent Court constituted for dealing with such kind of cases.
