The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a. issue .notice to the. Contemnor Nos. 1 to 2, to appear in person and Show as to why they should not be punished for the contempt of the orders dated 22.05.2023 passed by Ld. ASJ, Saket Court.

b. To restrain the Contemnors, and their agents from disconnecting the electricity, water and gas connection in the Matrimonial Home i.e. 26, Anand Lok, New Delhi. c. To restrain the Contemnors, and their agents from dispossessing the Petitioner, her children and her servants from the Matrimonial Home i.e. 26, Anand Lok, New Delhi. d. To punish the Contemnors and their agents for disobedience and civil contempt.

e. Pass any other any further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
