Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the instructions from the petitioner, he may be allowed to withdraw the bail application with the liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. 2.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the present bail application.
