The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking compliance of the Order dated 10.02.2023 passed by the Ld. Central Information Commission (CIC).

Though Section 20 of the RTI Act provides for consequences of not supplying information or delay in supplying information without any reasonable cause, this Court on 04.12.2023 had issued notice in the writ petition in order to save the Petitioner who comes of lower strata of society from one more round of litigation.

Reply has been filed by the Respondents. It is stated that reply was sent to the Petitioner, however, it was sent back as the address was wrong and, therefore, the reply has been annexed with the counter affidavit. A perusal of the counter affidavit and reply shows that all the queries raised by the Petitioner barring query Nos.3 and 5 have been answered.
