This application is filed jointly on behalf of Plaintiffs and the Defendant under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with 151 CPC for recordal of settlement between the parties.

The suit was instituted by the Plaintiffs seeking permanent injunction restraining the Defendant and all others acting on its behalf from infringing the patent rights of Plaintiff No. 1 and Plaintiff No. 2 under Indian Patent No. 298645 by using directly or indirectly the compound of Formula 3 as claimed in claim 12 of the suit patent IN 298645 for manufacturing the infringing product under the brand name, NATVOL, or any other brand name, amongst other relief.

settlement by way of Settlement Agreement dated 31.03.2026, incorporating the terms of settlement. For the sake of confidentiality, parties request that terms of settlement be filed in a sealed cover. 4.

Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, this application is allowed and disposed of, recording the settlement between the parties.

In light of settlement between the parties, the suit is decreed. 6.

Plaintiffs are directed to file Settlement Agreement dated 31.03.2026 in sealed cover within a period of one week from today and the sealed cover will be retained by the Registry. Terms of settlement shall form a part of the decree and needless to state shall bind the parties thereto. 7.

Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 8.

Suit stands disposed of.

Plaintiffs are held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with the Court Fees Act, 1870.

Date of 13.05.2026 stands cancelled.
