O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed for directions to the respondents for taking action for demolition of the illegal and unauthorized construction carried out by respondent no. 4 in the property bearing no. 2224, Raja Park, Shakur Basti, Delhi-110034.

Per contra, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 3/Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), has handed over a copy of the sanctioned building plan, in favour of the respondent no. 4 herein, for construction in the property in question.

Copy of the said document, as handed over by the MCD, is taken on record.

A perusal of the aforesaid document shows that a building plan has been sanctioned with respect to the property in question on 24th March, 2025, which is valid till 23rd March, 2030.

Learned counsel for MCD submits that the construction being carried out in the said property, is in terms of the said sanctioned plan. 6.

Accordingly, MCD is directed to ensure that construction, which is being carried out in the property in question, is strictly in terms of the sanctioned building plan.

In case of any deviation, MCD shall take appropriate action against the property of the respondent no. 4.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no. 4 had been running a coaching centre from the premises in question.

Accordingly, MCD is directed to ensure that there is no mis-user in the property in question, and no commercial activity is carried out in the property in question, without due permission. 10.

Noting the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The present petition, along with the pending applications, is accordingly disposed of.
