Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner who is present in court, submits that in terms of the settlement as well as his affidavit dated 30.08.2019, the requisite Gift Deed will be executed on or before 29.02.2020 as a last opportunity.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice along with the pending application.
