The present suit has filed for partition and separate possession of the suit property bearing Municipal no.2606 and 2607 (Private no. 0-3), Gali No. f situated at Naiwala Beadonpura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi admeasuring 520 sq. ft on ground floor.

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs states that the disputes between the parties have been amicably resolved and the cause of action in the suit stands extinguished.

He refers to the mediation settlement arrived between the parties on 05.06.2025 before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts. He states that the plaintiffs have transferred their 50% share in the suit property in favour of the defendants. He, therefore, seeks liberty to unconditionally withdraw the suit.
