O R D E R

% 15.07.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions as under:-

1. May allow the present writ petition with cost in favour of the Petitioner;

2. May direct the Respondents to release the retirement dues payable and due to the Petitioner upon superannuation;

3. May direct the Respondents to pay arrears of pay and allowances including annual stagnation increment and Domiciliary Medical Expenses for the period of suspension up to 31-01-2013 (date of superannuation);

4. May direct the Respondents to pay interest on the delayed payment of gratuity, pension, leave encashment, and other dues payable at the time of retirement.

For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner has made representation to

the respondents on 02.05.2019, however, till date, there is no response from the respondents.

Accordingly, I hereby dispose of the present petition, directing the respondent nos.1 &2 to decide the representation of the petitioner mentioned above within two weeks from today, if not already decided. The decision so taken on the representation shall be conveyed to the petitioner in writing within two days thereafter.

In view of above, the petition is disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of Court Master.
