There has been no appearance on behalf of Petitioner since 01st June, 2023. On 23rd February, 2024, Joint Registrar has made a report regarding service of parties to the following effect:

"The court notice(s) of the petitioner as well as its counsel have been received back with the similar reports of "left". The registry has noted that no details of the registered Trademark-agent of the petitioner are available on record.

The record shows that the counsel for the respondent had appeared on 10.10.2023 and sought time to apprise this Court as regards the further participation of his client in the present case. However he never appeared thereafter.

Accordingly be listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15.04.2024, since the petitioner could not be served despite diligent efforts. It is noted for the record that the counter-reply has already been filed by the respondent no. 1 before the Intellectual Property Appellate Board." 2.
