Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, in view of the liberty granted by the Settlement Commission in para 24 of the order dated 22.8.2017. The petitioner would file a fresh application within 3 weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that in case there is any technical difficulty or objection is raised by the respondents, the petitioner would ask for revival of the present writ
petition.
