Present appeal has been filed by the appellants-plaintiffs challenging the order dated 09th April, 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Review Petition No. 157/2024 in CS (OS) 647/2018 and seeking modification of the order dated 19th January, passed in I.A. 11326/2022.

It is pertinent to mention that CS (OS) 647/2018 was filed by the appellants seeking partition of the suit property. 3.

After some arguments, it is agreed between the parties that the present appeal be disposed of by framing the following additional issue:- The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. "Whether in view of the concession given by the defendants in the order dated 6th February, 2020 and the pleadings filed by them, can the defendants press issue no. (iv) as framed vide order dated 9th April, 2024?" OPD 4.
