This is a joint application filed on behalf of the Plaintiffs and Defendants for disposal of the suit in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

Present suit was filed by the Plaintiffs seeking decree of declaration, partition, rendition of accounts and permanent injunction in favour of the Plaintiffs and against the Defendants. During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred for Mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to explore the possibility of amicable settlement of their inter se disputes by the Court vide order dated 07.02.2023. Parties have amicably settled their disputes and a Memorandum of Settlement has been executed and signed on 06.04.2025, incorporating the terms of settlement. The application is signed by all parties and supported by their respective affidavits. All parties are present physically in Court, save and except, Plaintiff No. 3 who has joined Court proceedings virtually. It is submitted that the suit be disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties. 3.

Court has perused the terms of the settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Parties submit that the settlement has been entered into out of their free will and without pressure from any party. 4.

Accordingly, this application is allowed and disposed of, recording the settlement between the parties.

CS(OS) 350/2019 5.

Suit is decreed in terms of the settlement between the parties, incorporated in the Memorandum of Settlement dated 06.04.2025, which shall form part of the decree and the terms therein shall bind the parties to the Agreement.

Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 7.

Suit is disposed of along with pending applications. 8.

Date of 22.07.2025 stands cancelled.
