This is a petition seeking substitution of the arbitrator to decide and adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

It is stated that the arbitrator appointed by this Court has recused himself from the arbitration.

For the said reason, issue notice. For the said reason, the petition is allowed and Mr. M.K. Hanjura, Justice (Retd.) (Mob.: 9419180925) is appointed as the substitute arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. 8.
The arbitrator shall commence the proceedings from the stage of final arguments.
9.
Since the entire fee has been paid, the DIAC shall ensure that appropriate fee as per the schedule is paid to the new arbitrator as per the stage of arbitration.
10. The petition is allowed and disposed of.
