The petition O.M.P.(COMM.) 35/2020 has been dismissed vide order dated 15.01.2024 being objections to the award dated 25.08.2019. 2.

Till date, Section 37 appeal has not been filed. Hence, there is no impediment in the release of the amount deposited in this Court. 3.

Mr. Chawla, learned counsel for the decree-holder states that as per the calculation of the decree-holder, an amount of Rs. 3.58 crores is due and payable by the judgment debtor.

Out of the amount deposited by the judgment-debtor, sum of Rs. 3.58 crores is directed to be released in favour of the decree-holder. The remaining amount along with the accrued interest shall be returned to the judgment-debtor.
