This petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["the Act"] seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties, arising out of a lumpsum turkey contract dated 28.02.2011. 2.

The Arbitral Tribunal was constituted and entered into reference on 12.05.2022. Pleadings have been completed by the parties only on 04.02.2024.
